Andrew Jinks has always been interested in construction and building. He first got a taste for construction while helping his father renovate a home built in 1917. Andrew’s architecture career got its start in high school with architectural drafting classes, which led to architecture school at University of Maryland. During college Andrew got his first architecture job, and has been in the industry ever since.
In his 17+ years in the industry Andrew has worked on every aspect of architecture. He started as a draftsman, worked up to staff architect helping to provide design input and learning construction administration, and has continued on to project architect. As a design professional Andrew has worked on multiple types of projects, residential, commercial, educational, and recreational.
Andrew is a family man with a wife and two children. He enjoys spending time with his family, the outdoors, and relaxing with a good story. Andrew considers himself a member of geek culture, enjoying all manner of stories, movies, comics, etc.
