Janelle Horst

Janelle is an architect who is fascinated by 3d modeling and has an affinity toward historic architecture.  She has been involved in a wide variety of projects including: commercial, institutional, residential, and historic preservation.  Her previous work with several Baltimore area firms gained her working knowledge of mixed-use developments, Maryland historic tax credits, and various housing guidelines, including the fair housing act.

Janelle holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Philadelphia University, formerly Philadelphia College of Textiles and Science.  While there, her work was exhibited several times, one of which included an exhibit for the National Architectural Accreditation Board.  She was also heavily involved with Student Government Association and Gemini Theater, a student run theater troupe.

Janelle is certified LEED AP BD+C and is a member of the American Institute of Architects and the International Living Future Institute.
